Her birth name is Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on the 9th July 1983. Her first job following school was as an estate agent. Tarek el Moussa was her future spouse. The couple ran a successful business until 2008 when real estate agents, house flippers, and many others broke. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa had a chance to be bankrupted by the market crash in 2008. They were living in an apartment that cost $6,000 per month to an apartment costing $700 a month. Their business as well as the economy as a whole slowly recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted an acquaintance to make an audition tape for HGTV featuring Christina flipping the property over starting from scratch. The tape landed in the executive offices of the production company Pie Town Productions. These executives were fascinated by Christina and Tarek's love story. They officially signed a deal with HGTV in the year 2012. In April 2013, "Flip of Flop" premiered. In seven seasons, the show aired from 2013 to 2017. Christina and Tarek acquired homes in Orange County that were usually mid-income homes. They spent the next months renovating their home so they could flip it into a profitable profit. Tarek is in charge of construction, demolition and renovations. Christina keeps everything running on schedule.
