Linda Edna Cardellini was born in Redwood City, California, to Lorraine (Hernan) and Wayne David Cardellini an entrepreneur. Her parents are Italian (from a paternal grandson), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda was raised in the San Francisco Bay area, California, the youngest of four kids. She became interested in acting as a ten year old, after she sang in the school's Christmas show. She also continued doing school plays as well as the community theater. Linda has graduated from Saint Francis High School Mountain View, California. Following her graduation her school, she faced a decision. Should she move to New York and pursue theatre or Los Angeles in order to learn about film and television? After graduating, she had decide whether or not to pursue a career in film or television in Los Angeles. Linda's first part was in the show in 1996 Bone Chillers. Freaks and Geeks was the character that led to her breakthrough. This show earned her an Emmy Award for Outstanding Casting for the field of Comedy Series. She played Lindsay Weir, a decathlete who was enrolled at the California University.

Lily James was born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (5 April 1989). She is an English actor. Her career began as an actress in British actress in Just William (2010), an British television series that aired that aired on British television. Cinderella (2015) is her debut film after she portrayed the role of Lady Rose MacClare (2012-2015) in Downton Abbey which was a time-based drama. James was later cast as the role of Countess Natasha Rostova in the television adaptation of War & Peace (2016) as well as starring in various films. These included the action-packed film Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) and The Dig (2021), and the musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Back Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). Her character was nominated to win the Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 to play Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
